HARMON W. KELLEY, MD FACOG

Dr. Harmon W. Kelley is a graduate of Prairie View A and M University and the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He served in the United States Army for eight years, where he completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at William Beaumont Hospital at Fort Bliss, TX. He later served as Assistant Chief of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Darnell Army Hospital at Fort Hood, TX. In 1978, he founded Southeast OB-GYN Associates, P.A. in San Antonio, TX. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
 
Dr. H.W. Kelley has served in a number of positons of physician leadership. From 1983-1984, he served as Chief of Staff of the former Southeast Baptist Hospital. From 1986-1987 and from 2000-2001 he served as the Baptist Health System’s Chairmen of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition, from 2001-2004 Dr. H.W. Kelley served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
 
In addition, Dr. Harmon W. Kelley has received a number of distinguished honors. In 2004 The School of Excellence Charter School District in San Antonio, TX established the Dr. Harmon W. Kelley Elementary School in Dr. Kelley’s honor. In 2006, Dr. Kelley received the Ashbel Smith Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. In 2011, he received the Bexar County Medical Society’s Golden Aesculapius Award, the Southside Chamber of Commerce Legends Award, and the Baptist Health System’s W.B. Russ Award. 

 MARGARET A. KELLEY, MD FACOG

Dr. Margaret A. Kelley is a graduate of Brown University and the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. M.A. Kelley has served in a number of positions of physician leadership. From 2007-2009, she was Chief of Staff of the former Southeast Baptist Hospital. From 2005-2011, she served on the Medical Executive Board of the Baptist Health System. 

Furthermore, Dr. M.A. Kelley has served in leadership in the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynecology. From 2011-2013 she served as President of the Texas Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. From 2012-2015, she has served and the Section V District XI Chairwoman for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In 2007, Dr. M. A. Kelley testified before the U.S. House Committee on Small Business’ Subcommittee on Regulations, Trade and Healthcare’s Hearing on “The Value of Health Information Technology to Solo and Small Medical Practices,” as a representative of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. In years since, she has frequently attendee the American of College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists’ Congressional Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. as an advocate for her patients.
